Energetic Alignment & Sound Bath is a gentle practice that uses guided meditation and soothing sounds to help you relax deeply. You lie or sit comfortably while vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, or chimes flow around and through you.
The practice helps you notice where tension sits in your body, release stress, and bring your energy back into balance. As you follow the sound and guidance, your mind quiets, your body relaxes, and a sense of calm and clarity naturally emerges.
By the end, you feel more centered, refreshed, and connected to your own energy.
