One center, more than one way in.
We built a place where the science and the older traditions sit side by side, with a third way for the people who come to practice on their own. Here is the why, and the two of us behind it.

Because there's never only one answer.
Science has mapped the body with real precision, and the body answers to it. The older traditions have spent thousands of years on the patterns underneath, the ones no lab has fully explained but that people have leaned on for generations. Both help people.
That was the whole reason to build this.
Two of us, each with our own way into this work, put both under one roof, and added a third way for the people who come to practice on their own. Three ways in, one center. You don't have to choose where to start, and the other door is always open too.
The two of us.
Two different paths into this work, under one roof. The short version is here; the full story is a click away.

Mike Hall
Mike found this work at seventeen, the first time he laid a hand on someone in pain and the pain let go. Decades later, after the Navy, a career in tech, and years inside the Taoist and Buddhist traditions, he holds a doctorate in Chinese Energetic Medicine and teaches the inner arts.

Lidia Aliosa
Lidia came to this work through her own healing, a long road with autoimmune illness that taught her the body knows how to mend when the conditions are right. She practices Integral Sound Healing, and her focus is the nervous system, helping it move out of survival and into rest.

The same care, whichever way you come in. A few things we hold to, in every room.
Treated as an adult
We explain the why behind everything. If you want to know how a thing works, we'll tell you, plainly, for as long as you're curious.
Nothing is pushed
What happens in a visit is set to the day you're actually having, not to where a plan assumes you should be.
A space built to feel safe
The light, the sound, the quiet. A nervous system reads the room before it reads any instruction, so the room is the first thing we got right.
Come in whichever way calls to you.
The first visit is the start of a conversation, about where things stand and where they could go. There's no wrong door.
