Sound Bath & Energetic Alignment is a nourishing group healing experience for anyone craving more inner quiet, deeper energetic awareness, and a place to soften out of overwhelm. We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation and guided breathing to help you arrive—settling the mind and bringing you back into the body. From there, you’ll rest comfortably as you’re immersed in a sound bath with soothing aromatherapy, while Dr. Mike Hall (Doctor of Chinese Medicine) offers subtle energetic alignment rooted in ancient Daoist practices.
