It commonly stems from limited ankle mobility, reduced big toe movement, weakened intrinsic foot muscles, or repetitive load without enough strength to support it.

Your feet are the foundation of your body’s movement. In this workshop led by Nicole McClendon (E-RYT 500, Certified Pelvic Floor Yoga™ Teacher, YACEP), we’ll explore how foot mechanics, sensory input, and fascial connections shape balance, posture, and movement efficiency—from the ground up.
