Integral Sound Healing

A holistic practice that uses the power of sound to restore harmony in body, mind, and spirit.

More Than Music: What is Integral Sound Healing?

It is a "tuning" for your human system. Using ancient instruments like gongs and crystal bowls,
we create vibrations that physically move through you to clear stress and emotional "noise."

What Integral Sound Healing Works With

Frequency

Every organ, tissue, and system in the body has a natural resonant frequency, and sound restores what has drifted out of tune

Vibration

Felt physically as much as heard, sound vibration moves through the body in ways nothing else can reach

Silence

Felt physically as much as heard, sound vibration moves through the body in ways nothing else can reach

What Shifts When the Sound Finds You

Sound works without requiring understanding or effort. What the mind has held tightly, sound can reach without asking permission.

Layers of Tension Unwinding

Physical, emotional, and energetic, often simultaneously. People are frequently surprised by what surfaces and what lifts.

A Depth of Rest Unlike Ordinary Sleep

The brainwave states induced by sound healing touch places that ordinary rest doesn't reach. You may emerge feeling as though you've been somewhere else entirely.

Emotional Landscapes Shifting

Grief, anxiety, anger, numbness, sound moves through all of it with a gentleness that feels both ancient and exact.

A Sense of Being Returned to Yourself

Whole. Resonant. Quiet in the best possible way.

Something You Feel Long After You Leave

The stillness that sound creates doesn't end when the bowls stop ringing. It travels with you.

Your Integral Sound Healing Experience

You don't need to do anything. You don't need to understand it, believe in it, or prepare for it in any particular way. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the sound begin.

What happens next is different for everyone. Some people enter a state so deep it borders on sleep, yet they remain somehow aware, suspended in a space between. Others feel waves of emotion moving through them, releasing things they didn't know they were carrying. Many simply feel the vibrations settling into their bodies, as if something were coming home.

The instruments used, singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and voice, are chosen not for their beauty alone but for their frequency. Each one speaks to a different layer of your system. Together they create a field of sound that your body knows how to respond to, even if your mind doesn't yet understand why.

This is one of the oldest healing arts in the world. It doesn't need to be explained to work. It just needs you to arrive.

What to wear

Light, comfortable clothing or a swimsuit works best. We’ll provide towels for your comfort.

Session length

Plan for 60 minutes. It takes time for the brain to slow down and truly enter the "vibrational state."

How you’ll feel

You may feel "dreamy" or very quiet. It is common to feel a massive emotional weight lift off your shoulders.

Temperature

Expect to feel "tingly" or "floaty." The sound isn't just in your ears; it will feel like it’s humming inside your chest.

Tip

If you’re new, listen to your body. Step out early if needed; you’ll still get the benefits.

After your session

Drink water and try to stay in a quiet environment for an hour to let the resonance settle.

Frequently Asked Questions

We use a curated blend of Tibetan singing bowls, large resonant gongs, precision tuning forks, and chimes—each chosen for its specific healing frequency.

No. This is a "passive" therapy. Your only job is to lie down, close your eyes, and exist within the sound field we create.

The sound is powerful but never aggressive. It is designed to surround you like a blanket, not pierce your ears.

Absolutely. Sound healing is one of the fastest ways to move the brain from a "stress" state (Beta) to a "deep relaxation" state (Theta).

That is perfectly fine! Your body actually absorbs the vibrations more deeply when the conscious mind is "out of the way."

Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. We recommend avoiding heavy caffeine right before your session so your nervous system is ready to drop in.
