The Lymphatic System Does Not Have a Pump. We Provide One.

Unlike the cardiovascular system, the lymphatic network has no heart driving it. It depends on movement, muscle contraction, and breath. When those are insufficient — through illness, injury, inactivity, or surgery — lymphatic stagnation accumulates. Pressotherapy restores the flow.

The Lymphatic System and What Happens When It Stagnates

The lymphatic system is the body's waste clearance and immune surveillance network — a parallel circulatory system that collects the fluid, proteins, pathogens, and cellular debris that the capillaries leave behind in the tissues and returns them to the bloodstream for processing. Unlike the cardiovascular system, it has no pump. It relies on skeletal muscle contraction, respiratory pressure changes, and the pulsation of adjacent blood vessels to move lymph through its channels. When these driving forces are inadequate — after surgery, during illness, with chronic inactivity, or in chronic inflammatory states — lymph stagnates in the tissues, producing swelling, heaviness, impaired immune surveillance, and the accumulation of inflammatory metabolites. Pressotherapy uses sequential pneumatic compression — starting at the extremities and moving systematically toward the central lymph nodes — to mechanically stimulate lymphatic flow with the precision of manual lymphatic drainage at a level of consistency and coverage that manual massage cannot maintain.

The Experience

What a Session Feels Like

Pressotherapy is one of the gentler experiences in the center — the sensation is of systematic, wave-like compression moving from the feet upward through the legs (or from the hands through the arms), like a slow, thorough massage that moves in one direction. The pressure is firm but never painful — calibrated to the lymphatic pressure that produces flow without exceeding the tissue's comfortable tolerance.

Within the first ten to fifteen minutes, most clients notice a reduction in the heaviness or puffiness in the treated limbs — a perceptible lightening that is the direct consequence of lymphatic fluid moving from where it has accumulated toward the nodes where it will be processed. Clients with significant chronic swelling in the legs sometimes notice visible reduction by the end of the session.

The post-session experience is consistently described as lightness — a physical sense of the legs or arms being less burdened, more mobile. Many clients also notice a sense of systemic ease, attributable to the inflammatory metabolites the lymphatic system has cleared. For clients using pressotherapy for athletic recovery, the reduction in post-training soreness in the treated areas is often immediate and significant.

The Evidence

What the Research Shows

Evidence Base

Pressotherapy has its strongest evidence base in post-surgical lymphedema management, where pneumatic compression devices are a clinical standard of care. The evidence for athletic recovery applications shows measurable reductions in blood lactate, perceived muscle soreness, and recovery time compared to passive rest. The immune support applications are supported by lymphatic physiology research demonstrating that improved lymph flow enhances the delivery of immune cells to peripheral tissues and the clearance of pathogenic material through lymph nodes. Emerging research in chronic inflammatory conditions supports the role of lymphatic function in systemic inflammation regulation.

Stacking Modalities

What to Expect in a Session

Pressotherapy is the completion step for any protocol that mobilizes inflammatory metabolites — it clears what other therapies have loosened.

Contrast Therapy

Contrast therapy mobilizes inflammatory metabolites through improved circulation; pressotherapy clears those mobilized metabolites through the lymphatic system.

Infrared Sauna

The sauna mobilizes toxins through sweat; pressotherapy supports the lymphatic clearance that runs in parallel with the detoxification process.

Red Light

Red light reduces inflammation at the cellular level; pressotherapy clears the inflammatory metabolites at the circulatory level.

PEMF

PEMF addresses the cellular environment; pressotherapy addresses the fluid environment surrounding those cells — the two together produce more complete tissue support.

Russian Muscle Stimulation

Russian stimulation produces the muscle contractions that drive lymphatic flow — following it with pressotherapy completes the lymphatic cycle those contractions begin.

Mineral Bath

The vasodilation of the mineral bath improves arterial delivery; pressotherapy improves the venous and lymphatic return. Together they complete the full fluid circuit.

The Vitality Trio: What This Pure Breath Gives You

Cleanse

Hydrogen acts like a "master antioxidant," hunting down the stuff that makes you feel old, tired, and inflamed.

Fuel

Pure oxygen floods your blood, giving your brain and muscles the high-octane "gasoline" they need to run perfectly.

Sharpen

Instantly cuts through the "heaviness" in your head, leaving you feeling focused, alert, and ready to go.

The Big Awakening: The Shift You Feel After Each Session

The afternoon slump and the mental "fuzz" vanish. You’ll feel a crisp, cool clarity that makes thinking feel effortless.

It’s not a shaky caffeine high; it’s a steady, solid feeling of being "awake" from the inside out.

Every breath you take afterward feels deeper and more satisfying, as if you’ve just stepped into a mountain forest.

By lowering the "heat" of inflammation in your body, you’ll find that minor aches and daily stress don't bother you as much.

Oxygen is the secret to a healthy glow. You’ll leave looking like you’ve just had ten hours of perfect sleep.

As your cells get the fuel they’ve been starving for, a deep sense of "okay-ness" washes over your entire nervous system.

Your Inhalation Experience: Why We Brought This to You

We introduced Hydrogen & Oxygen Therapy because, quite frankly, the air we breathe every day is tired. It’s full of pollutants and low on the "good stuff" our cells need to repair themselves.

This therapy is like giving your body a "deep clean" from the inside. It’s based on the simple truth that when your cells have enough oxygen and hydrogen, they can fix almost anything.

When you sit down for your session, there is nothing to do but breathe. It’s quiet, it’s easy, and it’s completely peaceful. You’ll wear a small, comfortable tube under your nose that delivers the "Super-Air." You won't feel a "rush" or a "sting"—just a cool, clean sensation. It’s the perfect time to read, meditate, or just close your eyes and let your body do its "internal housecleaning."

Crisp, Pure, and Potent: Why Our Inhalation is Unmatched

The Perfect 2:1 Ratio

We use a precise mix of Hydrogen and Oxygen that is scientifically proven to be the most effective for cellular repair and brain health.

Hospital-Grade Purity

Our system filters out everything but the pure, life-giving elements, ensuring you are breathing the cleanest air possible on Earth.

The Relaxation Hub

We don't just "hook you up." We provide a cozy, quiet space where your mind can rest while your cells are being recharged.

Your First Time in the Inhalation Suite

What to wear

Anything you like! You’ll be sitting comfortably in a chair, so wear clothes that let you relax and breathe easily.

Session length

A typical "recharge" session lasts 30 to 60 minutes. It’s the perfect way to start your day or recover after a long flight.

Temperature

It feels like... breathing! The air is slightly cooler and much "crisper" than normal room air. It is very soothing.

How you’ll feel

Most people feel an immediate "lift" in their mood and a noticeable sharpening of their vision and focus.

After your session

The "glow" lasts for hours. You’ll likely find you have more stamina for your workout or your workday.

Tip:

Take slow, deep breaths through your nose. The more you "sink" into your breath, the faster the hydrogen can get to work.

The Lymphatic System Remembers How to Flow. It Needs the Right Assistance.

Pressotherapy is available on Transform pass and above, and as a standalone addition to any pathway — particularly valuable for recovery, circulation, and immune support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Consumer compression garments provide constant, passive compression — useful for maintaining reduced swelling but insufficient to actively move lymph. Pressotherapy uses precisely sequenced pneumatic compression — pressure applied in a specific wave pattern that mimics the peristaltic action of lymphatic vessels. The active sequential mechanism is what produces lymphatic movement rather than simply preventing further accumulation.

Pressotherapy for lymphedema after cancer surgery — particularly after lymph node removal — requires specific protocol modifications and ideally communication with the treating oncologist. For post-cancer lymphedema, we configure the protocol to avoid directly compressing areas near the site of lymph node removal. This is a clinical consultation we take seriously.

For active lymphedema management, two to three sessions per week produces the most consistent volume reduction. For maintenance once swelling is controlled, one session per week is typically sufficient alongside consistent physical activity and appropriate compression garment use between sessions.

For most clients, yes — particularly in the treated limbs. The reduction in heaviness and puffiness from a single session is often immediately perceptible. For conditions where the lymphatic stagnation is more systemic — chronic fatigue, inflammatory conditions — the improvement after a first session is more subtle and builds meaningfully with consistent sessions over weeks.

Hydrogen is the smallest molecule in the universe, which means it can go where other antioxidants can’t. It goes right into your cells to neutralize the "rust" (oxidative stress) that makes us feel old and tired.

Yes, our specialized mix is designed to be perfectly safe and restorative. It’s a gentle boost that supports your body’s natural processes.

It doesn't make you feel "high" in a drug-like way. It makes you feel "high-performance"—like you’ve just had the best nap and the cleanest glass of water ever.

For mental clarity and energy, once or twice a week is fantastic. If you are recovering from an illness or intense training, more frequent sessions can help speed up the process.

Absolutely. Many people catch up on emails or read. However, we recommend putting the phone away to let your brain enjoy the extra oxygen in peace!

If you have severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or are already using a medical oxygen tank, please consult your doctor first.
