For anyone whose breathing hasn't been easy.
This pass is for the stuffy, tight-chested days, the kind San Antonio's cedar and oak seasons hand out so freely. It's for anyone whose breathing has felt harder than it should, congested, shallow, or just not easy, whether that comes with the seasons or hangs around all year.
You don't need a diagnosis to come in. If you spend your days a little congested and wishing breathing came easier, that's reason enough. These three therapies work on the calm-and-clear side of things, not on any one condition.

The therapies in this pass, and why they work together.
Each one helps from a different side: the salt room for the breathing itself, the red light working on inflammation, and grounding to calm the whole system down.
Halotherapy
A calm, dim room of salt air. You sit and breathe, and most people find the breathing comes a little easier. The room itself is one of the most restful spots here.
Learn more →Red Light Therapy
Lie under warm red light for a while. It works on inflammation and supports the body's repair, and it's a quiet, easy session. Like the others, it builds over a course of visits.
Learn more →Grounding
You sit on a mat that connects you to the earth's charge, the way bare feet on grass would. It's quiet and calming, and a calmer body tends to breathe a little easier.

This is what a journey could look like. You choose your therapies when you book, and the system builds your day around what's open at the center, so your order is set before you arrive.
Orientation
A brief walkthrough of the three therapies, the order, and what to expect. Any questions answered before you start.
Red Light, 20 min
Start with a quiet spell under the red light, working on inflammation and giving the body an easy reset.
Halotherapy + Grounding, 40 min
Settle into the salt room on a grounding mat, and let the two work at once: time to sit, breathe the salt air, and let the body calm and your breathing ease. Nothing to do but rest.
Hydration and rest
Drink some water or tea and take fifteen or twenty minutes of quiet before you head out. The easier breathing tends to keep going after you leave.
Before, during, and after your visit.
- Arrive 10 minutes early for a brief orientation with staff. We walk you through the therapies, the order, and what to expect from each.
- Wear comfortable clothing. Robes, towels, and lockers are provided.
- Drink water before and after. Staying hydrated helps you get the most from the salt room.
- The salt room is the heart of the visit, about forty minutes, and you're on a grounding mat the whole time. It's meant to be restful, so settle in.
- Plan for an hour and a half to two hours for the full pass. You're not rushed.
- Staff is present to guide you and answer questions.
What people ask.
How quickly will I notice a difference in my breathing?
Most people feel their breathing ease during or right after the salt room. The steadier change, the kind that lasts, tends to build over a few weeks of coming regularly.
Is this pass appropriate during an active asthma attack?
No. If you're having an attack, use your reliever inhaler and get medical help, not a salt room. This pass is a calm, restful thing for everyday breathing. It isn't for an emergency, and it isn't a substitute for the care your doctor has set up.
Can I use it if I'm on respiratory medication?
Yes. Keep taking your medication exactly as prescribed. These are meant to sit alongside your care, not in place of it. If you've got a complex condition or you're on immunosuppressants, tell staff at orientation so they can shape the visit.
Is it good for skin as well?
It can be. Both the salt room and the red light are used for skin too, so if that's part of what you're dealing with, this pass touches on it alongside the breathing.
Not sure this is the right starting point?
Every day pass is built around a specific focus. If another fits where you are right now, start there.
Easier breathing hasn't gone anywhere. Sometimes a calmer space helps ease its way back.
The Breathe Easy day pass is $49, and it credits in full toward any monthly membership you buy the same day.
