For anyone whose head just won't clear.
This pass is for the foggy days: when thinking feels slow, focus won't hold, names and words sit just out of reach, and it's like your mind is working from behind glass. Most people know the feeling, whether it comes now and then or hangs around for weeks.
A lot of the time the fog rides on top of something else: too much stress, not enough sleep, a body that's run down. You can't force your way to a clear head by trying harder. This pass works on the body underneath it, waking you up, settling the noise, and easing the tiredness that clouds clear thinking.

The therapies in this pass, and why they work together.
Each one works on the fog from a different side: the hot-and-cold of contrast to wake you up, the still calm of grounding to quiet the noise, and hydrogen to ease the tiredness underneath. A stress scan reads where you are before and after.
Contrast Therapy
A few rounds of hot sauna and cold plunge. The cold is the part that clears the head, and most people leave with a clear, alert focus that carries for a while.
Learn more →Grounding
You sit on a mat that connects you to the earth's charge, the way bare feet on grass would. It's quiet and settling, a chance to let the mental noise die down.
Learn more →Hydrogen Inhalation
A molecular hydrogen and oxygen mix you breathe through a soft cannula while you're grounding. On a worn-down day it works on the stress and tiredness that cloud a clear head.
Learn more →Bio-Well Stress Scan
A quick reading from your fingertips that gives a picture of your stress and energy in that moment. We take it at the start and again at the end. It's a snapshot, not a diagnosis.

This is what a journey could look like. You choose your therapies when you book, and the system builds your day around what's open at the center, so your order is set before you arrive.
Bio-Well Stress Scan, 10 min
Start with a quick scan from your fingertips, a read of where your stress and energy sit before you begin.
Contrast Therapy, 40 min
Into the hot-and-cold rounds. The warmth loosens you and the cold clears the head. You'll feel the alertness come up as you go.
Grounding + Hydrogen Inhalation, 60 min
Lie back on the grounding mat and breathe the hydrogen mix. This is where the buzz settles into steady, and the tiredness under the fog starts to lift.
Bio-Well Stress Scan, 10 min
A second scan to close, so you can see how the visit moved things.
Before, during, and after your visit.
- Arrive 10 minutes early for a brief orientation with staff. We walk you through the therapies, the order, and what to expect from each.
- Wear comfortable clothing. Robes, towels, and lockers are provided.
- Drink water before you come. The sauna side of the contrast gets you sweating, so being hydrated makes the visit better.
- The cold is the part that clears your head, and the alert focus it brings tends to carry for a while after. The pass ends on the calm side, so you leave clear rather than wired.
- Plan for a couple of hours for the full pass. You're not rushed.
- Staff is present to guide you and answer questions.
What people ask.
Will I feel clearer the same day, or does it take time?
Often the same day. The cold in the contrast tends to bring a clear, alert focus you feel right away, and it carries for a while after. The steadier lift, the kind that builds, comes over a few weeks of coming regularly.
What if my fog is really from stress or bad sleep?
That's exactly what this works on. The stress and tiredness that cloud a clear head are what the grounding and hydrogen settle, while the contrast clears the mid-afternoon drag. It won't fix the sleep or the stress at the root, but it can lift the fog they leave behind.
The cold plunge sounds intense. Do I have to?
The cold is the part that does the most for a clear head, but you're in charge of it. Staff talk you through it, you decide how long you stay in, and if you'd rather skip the plunge and just take the sauna warmth, that's fine too.
I have a diagnosed condition. Does this still fit?
It can sit alongside your care, not in place of it. Keep on with whatever your doctor has set up, and let staff know at orientation what you're managing so they can shape the visit around it.
Not sure this is the right starting point?
Every day pass is built around a specific focus. If another fits where you are right now, start there.
The sharpness you're missing hasn't gone anywhere. Most days, it's just under the fog.
The Think Clearly day pass is $59, including a Bio-Well stress scan, and it credits in full toward any monthly membership you buy the same day.
