Who this pass is for

For anyone who's forgotten what it feels like to wake up rested.

This pass is for people who've had a hard time with sleep for a while: trouble falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, or sleep that comes in quantity but leaves you just as tired. It's for anyone who's tried the usual advice, the wind-down routines, the melatonin, and found it not nearly enough.

Sleep isn't really something you can force, and it isn't just about doing the right things before bed. It's what the body does when it finally feels settled enough to let go. These four therapies work on that settling, on the body itself, not on the trying.

What's included

The therapies in this pass, and why they work together.

Each one helps the body wind down in a different way: deep warmth, a quiet connection to the ground, a long warm soak, and the weight taken off you. Together they set up the kind of rest that good sleep grows out of.

Full-Spectrum Sauna

Deep infrared warmth that helps the whole body settle. Afterward, as you cool back down, the body gets a cue a lot like the one it gets on the way to sleep.

Grounding

You sit on a mat that connects you to the earth's charge, the way bare feet on grass would. It's deeply restful, and many people find it helps them wind down.

Mineral Bath

A long soak in warm mineral water. The warmth settles the whole body, and as you cool down afterward, it gives the same wind-down cue the sauna does.

Zero-Gravity Chair

Reclines you until you're barely carrying your own weight, with a gentle massage and calming sound. Plenty of people drift off right here.

How the day flows

A suggested sequence for your visit.

This is what a journey could look like. You choose your therapies when you book, and the system builds your day around what's open at the center, so your order is set before you arrive.

Arrival

Orientation

A brief walkthrough with staff. We talk through how sleep's been going and set the order to match.

First

Full-Spectrum Sauna, 40 min

Begin with the sauna. The deep warmth and the gentle sound through the bench start the body settling.

Second

Mineral Bath, 40 min

Sink into a warm mineral soak. The heat runs deep, and most people are thoroughly settled by the time they step out.

Third

Grounding, 30 min

Move to the grounding mat while the body is still warm and loose, and let the quiet go a little deeper. You can also do this from the zero-gravity chair, so grounding and the chair happen at the same time.

Fourth

Zero-Gravity Chair, 30 min

Finish in the chair, the weight off you and calming sound to close the visit. Plenty of people drift off.

What to expect

Before, during, and after your visit.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early for a brief orientation with staff. We walk you through the therapies, the order, and what to expect from each.
  • Wear comfortable clothing. Robes, towels, and lockers are provided.
  • Drink water before you come. The sauna gets you sweating, so being hydrated makes the visit better.
  • You'll likely feel relaxed afterward, so plan the visit for a time you can go home and rest, not head back to something demanding.
  • Plan for two to three hours for the full pass. You're not rushed.
  • Staff is present to guide you and answer questions.
Your day pass credits toward any membership. Before you leave that day, you can upgrade to any membership for the difference in price.
Good to know

What people ask.

Will this help me sleep tonight, or is it more of a longer-term thing?

Both, for a lot of people. Many sleep better the night of their visit, often helped by the cool-down after the sauna. The deeper change, the kind that stays, tends to build over a few weeks of coming regularly.

I've got a diagnosed sleep condition. Does this still fit?

It can sit alongside it, not in place of it. If your doctor has you on a treatment or a device, keep on with it exactly as prescribed, and bring this in for the winding-down side of things. Tell staff what you're managing so they can shape the visit around it.

Can children use this pass?

This pass is built for adults, and the sauna in particular isn't suited to children. If you've got a teenager who's struggling with sleep, get in touch first and we'll talk through what would and wouldn't be right for them.

I take sleep medication. Should I keep taking it on visit days?

Yes. Keep taking it exactly as directed, and don't change anything without your prescriber. If your sleep shifts over time, that's a conversation for your doctor, not a change to make on your own.

The sleep you've been missing isn't gone. It's been waiting on the right conditions.

The Rest Deeply day pass is $59, and it credits in full toward any monthly membership you buy the same day.
